产品介绍

水质哨兵又名微型岸基式水质自动监测站,是一套以多参数水质监测仪及光谱传感器为核心,利用太阳能、风能等绿色能源供电,运用现代传感器技术,并集合了自动控制技术、专用数据分析软件和通讯网络的水质自动监测系统,适用于地表水的水质在线自动监测体系。功能如下:

(1)提供全套解决方案,体积小(占地约0.5-2平米),便于移动,功能强且投入少,省去征地、建站房及人员等费用。

(2)可根据监测需要更换监测点位,适用于不同水体的长期连续在线监测和水质异常水体的临时应急监测。

(3)长期稳定、维护量小,其整体拥有成本较低。

(4)连续、及时、准确地监测城市内主要河道、排口的水质变化状况,监测参数超标或系统状态信号显示时报警。

(5)通过GPRS等通讯方式远程传输数据,可随时随地获得真实的监测数据。

(6)自动运行,停电保护、来电自动恢复。

(7)利用太阳能和风力等绿色供电系统。

     The Water Quality Sentinel, also known as a miniature land-based automatic water quality monitoring station, is a automatic water quality monitoring system that uses multi-parameter water quality monitoring instruments and spectral sensors as the core, utilizes green energy such as solar energy and wind energy for power supply, utilizes modern sensor technology, and integrates automatic control technology, specialized data analysis software, and communication networks. It is applicable to online automatic monitoring of surface water. The functions are as follows:

(1) Provide a complete set of solutions, with a small size (covering an area of approximately 0.5-2 square meters), easy to move, strong functionality, and low investment, saving costs such as land acquisition, station building, and personnel.

(2) The monitoring points can be changed according to monitoring needs, suitable for long-term continuous online monitoring of different water bodies and temporary emergency monitoring of water bodies with abnormal water quality.

(3) Long term stability, low maintenance, and low overall cost of ownership.

(4) Continuously, timely, and accurately monitor the water quality changes of the main rivers and outlets in the city, and alarm when the monitoring parameters exceed the standard or the system status signal is displayed.

系统构成:

采配水单元:水泵、给排水管路和流通池。

监测单元:温度、pH、电导率、浊度、DO、氨氮、总氮、总磷、COD、BOD、色度、BTX苯系物(苯-甲苯-二甲苯)、浊度、TOC、H2S、指纹图和光谱报警 。

数据处理和传输单元:数据采集平台、数据处理软件以及多种数据传输方式 。

一体式机柜单元:不锈钢材质,双层隔热保温 。

供电单元:市电或太阳能。安防单元:视频监控安防单元(可选)。

System composition:

检测单元:

1、多参数水质监测仪

多参数水质监测仪,监测溶解氧、浊度、pH、电导、水温等参数,所有传感器自动清洁,可存储和输出测量数据,内置电源,运行维护量很小,特别为野外长期监测而设计。

1. Multi parameter water quality monitoring instrument

2、光谱传感器

分析原理:紫外光谱法。

波长扫描:紫外220-390nm或紫外和可见220-720nm。

COD测量范围:0-50mg/L或0-500mg/L。

可以测定的参数:NO3-N、BTX、COD、BOD、TOC、DOC、UV254、指纹图谱和光谱报警、温度和压力。

 

3、在线总磷、氨氮、总氮、CODmn测定仪

分析原理:总磷(钼酸盐分光光度法,GB11893-89);氨氮:水杨酸法;总氮(过硫酸钾紫外分光光度法);CODmn(高锰酸盐氧化还原电极法)。 

测量范围:总磷:0.01-2ppm;氨氮:0.010-2ppm;总氮:0-10ppm;CODmn:0-20ppm

 

数据采集控制系统:

采用自行研发/野外专用的数据采集控制器,有很强的控制能力、兼容性和扩展性,故障率很低,非常适合野外环境的长期使用。

 

太阳能供电系统:

高性能太阳能电池板,太阳板上涂覆塑料保护层,耐磨、耐刮、耐碰撞,机械刮擦造成龟裂不影响太阳能板正常工作。海洋级水密太阳能电池接头,高性能稳定性蓄电池。

 

无线通讯系统:

采用GPRS/CDMA无线传输数据和指令。双频数字调制解调器和海洋级水密天线,保密性强,实时性好,费用低。

 

接受数据和分析软件:

基于GIS的数据接收和分析软件,可查看实时数据,数据曲线和历史数据,水质超标可报警,自动发送短信给用户。可自动或手工审核数据,完成数据分析报表,可完成环比或同比数据分析,软件可安装电脑和手机上,方便客户随时查看数据。
